  I love Extra Credit Union. They are the best and treat you like Family. I would NEVER go to another Credit Union or bank. Summer Lewis is my favorite but everyone who work at the Branch have positive attitudes, even the call center. Thanks Extra Credit Union for giving Customers a 2nd chance My Credit Score is way better and continue to go up. I must say Lisa does a awesome job as well.

  After having an issue with the bank and speaking to Amanda who was very sincere in her apology ,who got me approved for $300 more for a FlexLine of Credit, after explaining how busy the branch was and responding promptly where approval took place the same day. I am very satisfied as this shows that Extra Credit Union does care about all their members whether they are physically at the branch or remote members. They have proven to me that they want to help those with bad credit such as myself so that they can get better rates, and approved for lots of things when they don't have the money at the moment they need it. Thank you Amanda Work and all of Extra Credit Union for resolving my concerns and showing me again the vibrant and good banking experienced I received when I first signed up at the branch!

  Let me tell YOU, when the others say No....."Extra Credit Union has millions to lend and nothing will stop them from lending to you"!!!!!!! Awsome service and Lenders... I cant forget about Charlotte at the front desk; she greets you and takes out time to make you feel special....Thank you Extra Credit Union for making my life so much better!!! The best credit union in Michigan I bet you!!!!!
