  Thieves, stole a gas cooking stove and removed copper from the resident. No one seems to know anything about it and yet a lock box outside with only them with access.

  This compnay manages the vacant duplex next to my house. They have for over 3 years. It took this company 3 months of phone calls befor they would clean up a fallen tree from the property. While explaining to the person at the company that people are starting to throw garbage in the lot because of the tree and no one taking care of the house. The person said "its too bad you live in an area where people think its ok to throw garbage in the yard". Iwas furious, i googled andfound the CEO and wrote a strongly worder letter. The tree and yard was cleaned, but now its June and 5 Brothers have yet to mow the yard. I am emailing pictures to them today. Awful company! Dont care about your neighboors and what I see they dont care about their customers. 5 monkeys property managment

  Five Brothers was involved in the process of my home purchase. They were responsible for handling the utilities being activated as required by my lender. My first bad experience was that Five Brothers sent a contractor to make a repair to the plumbing in the home that was required to turn on the water. When I did my walk through of the home to inspect the repairs prior to closing, the trap below the bathroom sink was laying in the cabinet and not installed. I requested that the contractor finish the work he was already paid to do. I was told any further repairs needed to be done would have to be done by me......They paid the contractor, who didn't finish the job, and demanded that I finish the repair in a home I don't own yet. Prior to closing, I checked with the city building to find out that Five Brothers ordered the electrical inspection to be done on the property. I made the mistake in putting faith that the electrical inspection passed. After closing on the home the electrical service couldn't be put into my name due to the electrical inspection failing. Neither me or my realtor was notified of the failed inspection. The electrical repairs were taken care of at my own expense and by the time I got an approved inspection, the electrical service was disconnected on a Friday, Leaving me without electric or heat until the next business day. The communication was terrible, the forwarded emails I received was basic, to the point, and rude. They don't operate on a professional level. I would not recommend buying a home where Five Brothers is involved in the process. The personal frustration at the difficulty they put on me as a buyer, the cost of repairs and missed time from work to handle this situation was not necessary. Five brothers does bad business.
